Cyrus Innovations work with our certified partners and resellers to provide the first level of technical support to the end users in order to meet service level agreements.
The following Services are available to our customers and partners.
Standard Hardware Warranty
The standard hardware warranty is included with each product purchase and provides return-to-factory advance replacement parts. Extended warranties can be customized by request.
Standard Support Plan
Standard support includes 8 hour x 5 day telephone and email support during business hours along with any required product updates or fixes (where applicable). Standard support hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Premium Support Plan
Premium Support is available on an annual basis for customers interested in more direct access to Cyrus Innovations support resources. Premium Support extends support hours to 24 hour x 7 day telephone support, includes software updates for a full year and adds overnight cross-shipping of hardware replacement parts.
Customer Training and On-Site Services
Cyrus Innovations Technical Support Engineers are available to assist with custom configurations, provide onsite support for large-scale installations, and provide reseller and end-customer training and support as needed.
